Choose the best package for your clients

Our experienced virtual event designers produce proven marketing material and run a campaign to sign up your clients for the event.

We use your branding to create an individual tasting kit with any extra marketing items you want.

We keep you updated on the numbers booked into the event and provide follow up to those who may need a reminder. If you decide to do a large group event and want to provide us with the addresses through a bulk upload, we can manage that as well.

10 days

before event

Our winemakers decant your wine in a special inert environment and rebottle in unique 50/100ml sample bottles.

We create your individual kits and ship direct to your consumers using specialized freight services to ensure reliable transit times and handle all shipping and delivery enquiries.

We will provide you with a template for bulk address upload or we can direct customers directly to our website to register for your event. We will also provide you with a tracking manifest.
Your wine will be good for 21 days after delivery to your client

Event Day!

We provide all the technical equipment and our producer tests it well before the event to make sure it runs smoothly on the day.
